Job Description:

As Sales Executive at Haitek Automotive pvt.ltd, you will be responsible for driving the sales and business development efforts in your designated region. Your primary focus will be on expanding our market share, increasing revenue, and building long-lasting relationships with our B2B customers. You will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our electric rickshaws, contributing to our mission of reducing environmental impact through sustainable transportation solutions.                            

Key Responsibility:
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competition to adjust the sales approach and product offerings accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the designated region to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Increase sales within the area.
  • Identify and target potential B2B clients, such as fleet operators, transportation companies, and governmental organizations, to promote Haitek E-Vehicles products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies, campaigns, and events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility in the region.
  • Prepare and present proposals and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and advantages of our electric Vehicles.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team, ensuring accurate tracking of sales performance and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to EVs in the designated region.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Extensive knowledge of the electric vehicle (EV) industry, including electric rickshaws, and an understanding of relevant technologies and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within the designated region.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and a passion for sustainable and eco-friendly transportation solutions.
